The Taiwan Association for Minimally Invasive Gynecology, TAMIG, (formerly The Taiwan Association of Obstetrics & Gynecologic Endoscopists, TAOGE) was founded in 1993 by Prof. Yuag-Kuei Soong, Prof. Chyi-Long Lee, Dr. Wu-Chou Lin, Dr. Men-Luh Yen, Dr. Guang-Perng Yeh, Dr. Yue-Shan Lin, and Dr. Kiu-Kwong Chu, and so on.

 Considering the necessary of the endoscopic development, these physicians taking a special interest in endoscopic surgery established our society, and were very active in holding various re-education courses. With their efforts, the amount of members of TAMIG has been increasing to more than 600 persons in last ten years.

Those who intents to participate in our association are required to be well-trained, and to attend our re-education courses abidingly, for we hope our members could be up to the standard.
